These terms apply to quotations, installations and services provided by ARCHIES Solar.
Quotations and estimates
Savings figures shown on this website, including solar calculator results, are indicative only. Final system size, cost and savings are confirmed in a written quotation after a free site survey. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Installation
Installation timelines depend on material availability, site readiness, weather and approvals from the electricity distribution company. The customer is responsible for providing safe roof access, a suitable structure and electrical connection points.
Warranty
Panels, inverters and other components carry the manufacturer's warranty, passed on to you in full. Our installation workmanship is warranted separately as stated in your quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from tampering, unauthorised modification, or natural calamity.
Subsidy assistance
We assist with subsidy applications and net-metering paperwork. Approval, amount and disbursement timelines are decided solely by the concerned government authority and are outside our control.
Payments
Payment schedules are set out in the quotation, typically an advance on order confirmation and the balance on commissioning. Goods remain the property of ARCHIES Solar until payment is received in full.
