Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, location, approximate electricity bill and any message you write. When you call or message us on WhatsApp we retain your contact number and conversation for service purposes.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a solar proposal, arrange a site survey, process government subsidy paperwork on your behalf and provide after-sales support.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. Details are shared only with our installation team and, where you ask us to apply for a subsidy or net metering, with the relevant government portal or electricity distribution company.
Data retention and security
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to support your system and meet warranty obligations. Access is limited to authorised ARCHIES Solar personnel.
